Private Dining Room

A.C.E.S. Building, Room 2.222

The A.C.E.S. Private Dining Room facility is open to the UT public with seating for up to 20 people. Its boardroom-like atmosphere (with a motorized front projection screen) allows for working lunches, formal dinners, casual breakfasts with food catered by O's Campus Café.

In order to reserve the facility, first check the room availability and submit your request (via email) - see below. Once you have submitted your request, contact Lou Monty at O's to custom design your menu.

Before you reserve the room please note:

• A room-use fee of $22.50 (credit will be applied to any catering or food purchased) will be charged at the time reservation is placed.
• This fee is non refundable unless cancellation of reservation is received 72 hours prior to scheduled use.
• No food prepared outside of O’s Campus Café & Catering kitchens will be permitted in the Private Dining Room.
• Please note that O's Private Dining Room is not for general meeting use but rather for meetings, formal or informal, accompanied by food and beverage.
• Submitting your reservation indicates that you have read and understood the above.
